U.S. Rep. Clyburn gives nod to plans for South Carolina shrimp processing plant

Despite losing funding in December, plans for a Williamsburg County shrimp processing plant got an encouraging word from U.S. Rep. Jim Clyburn who said he would do what he could to get the project off the ground.
